My Cheesy Note

I wrote this for my friend who is moving to California. I know lots of people are gonna not read this cause it's too long, but I don't really care, just up here for whoever wants to read it.

You were my best friend through all these times. I am going to miss you tremendously and honestly, I’m not sure how I’m going to survive the rest of High School without you. In a weird way, we were always there for each other, even if it didn’t involve all that mushy gushy huggy stuff that we both don’t like. I’m not even sure I like typing this, but I have to tell you somehow, before it’s too late. But just like the song, it’s never too late, and seriously, we will keep in contact, no matter how much I have to bug you about it. We have a weird connection, and I’m not sure if you feel it too, but we just think alike. Honestly, I’ve been crying about you leaving almost every night. Yeah, weird, right? Me crying. I’m probably going to cry when we watch this (this was in the middle of a powerpoint), but forgive me, it’s just because I’m going to miss you. A lot. I know we’ll both survive, because we’re awesome like that, but that doesn’t mean there won’t always be that hole, that missing presence that has been there the past few years. It’s so hard for me to accept you moving, but I guess I’ll have to. I think I speak for everyone when I say, we’ll miss you so much Maria, you mean so much to us. I hope you have a good time in California, but never forget us, okay? We’ll certainly never forget you, and as for me personally, you’ll always have a place in my heart.

This was nice and sweet and I could like emphasize with it having friends who have moved away far. Some people don't get it but you like make a connection with those around you. Some people don't get that you can truly love a person as a friend regardless of gender or whatever. A bond between friends is stong and is one that lasts forever.

That was deep Piper. A very nice note to write for your friend that I'm sure she won't ever forget, and I'll be honest, I got a bit choked up reading it since it reminded me of when I moved and left all my friends behind :c

Thought I should update this, I chickened out giving my friend this note, but I'm going to give it to her on FB after she moves, so she can't hurt me D:

If she's truly your friend than she shouldn't hurt you so you don't have to worry. But I understand your decision.

The thing is, in our 'group' of friends, we are the two stoic/tomboy ones (YEAH EVERYONE ELSE THINKS I'M A TOMBOY EXCEPT FOR YOU GUYS) but we don't do like, the huggy gushy mushy stuff.... And I didn't wanna ruin that on the last day...
